



On March 12, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation between the National Security Agency and the Employment Agency was signed at the headquarters of the National Security Agency. The Memorandum was signed by the Director of the National Security Agency, Bojan Hristovski, and the Acting Director of the Employment Agency, Seljatin Beljuli.
By signing this Memorandum, the two institutions officially expressed their readiness to establish direct and constructive cooperation, which will be based on the principles of trust, understanding and mutual commitment to protecting the interests of the state. The purpose of this cooperation is to ensure the efficient implementation of the legally established competencies of the two institutions, with an emphasis on detecting, preventing and reducing security threats and risks that may endanger the national security of the state.
The Memorandum lays the foundation for long-term cooperation, aimed at mutual exchange of data necessary for the performance of the responsibilities of both agencies. The exchange of data will be strictly regulated and will be carried out only within the framework of what is legally permitted, to ensure the protection of sensitive information and the privacy of citizens.
