ANB and the Red Cross signed a Memorandum of Cooperation for greater security and humanity

The National Security Agency and the Red Cross have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, establishing a new level of strategic partnership between the two institutions. This document creates the basis for a more integrated and efficient approach in addressing the contemporary security and humanitarian challenges facing the country.

The Memorandum envisages enhanced institutional coordination, exchange of expertise and knowledge, as well as joint preparation and action in cases of crisis situations, natural disasters, mass accidents and other risks that require a rapid, coordinated and professional response. By doing so, the two institutions create conditions for a significant improvement of national capacities for prevention, early warning and operational action.

The National Security Agency and the Red Cross express their joint commitment to strengthening human values, improving population protection systems and ensuring a safe and stable environment for all citizens. Special emphasis is also placed on the promotion of international humanitarian law, public education and the development of a culture of solidarity and social responsibility.

By signing this Memorandum, the National Security Agency and the Red Cross reaffirm their long-term partnership and the initiative to jointly build a more resilient and prepared society. Both institutions remain committed to the mission of working in the interest of national security, humanity and the well-being of all residents of Macedonia.
