Drejtori i Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Siguris\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare (ASK), Bojan Hristovski, mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e sotme t\u00eb Komitetit Komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Ekstremizmit t\u00eb Dhunsh\u00ebm dhe Luftimin e Terrorizmit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn n\u00eb takim foli edhe Kryeministri, Hristijan Mickoski.
Kryeministri theksoi angazhimin e Qeveris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjitha institucioneve kompetente p\u00ebr veprim t\u00eb koordinuar dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb p\u00ebrballjen me rreziqet e siguris\u00eb, duke theksuar se q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebrfundimtar \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, i sigurt dhe i drejt\u00eb.


N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, u theksua se Komiteti Komb\u00ebtar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb organ formal, por nj\u00eb instrument operativ me nj\u00eb rol konkret n\u00eb sistemin e siguris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Sistemi i siguris\u00eb, si\u00e7 u theksua bashk\u00ebrisht, nuk duhet t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb nivelin e nj\u00eb deklarate, por duhet t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb. ASK, si pjes\u00eb strategjike e atij sistemi, ka nj\u00eb rol ky\u00e7 n\u00eb njohjen e rreziqeve, reagimin n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe sigurimin e mbrojtjes afatgjat\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt dhe rendin kushtetues t\u00eb shtetit.


Seanca theksoi se ekstremizmi i dhunsh\u00ebm, terrorizmi dhe korrupsioni jan\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime komplekse, t\u00eb cilat shpesh shoq\u00ebrohen me dob\u00ebsi institucionale. Parandalimi i tyre k\u00ebrkon jo vet\u00ebm masa teknike, por edhe nj\u00eb forcim t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb kapaciteteve institucionale, sundimit t\u00eb ligjit dhe nj\u00eb luft\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb kund\u00ebr klientelizmit dhe abuzimeve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, vler\u00ebsimi i fundit nga GRECO - Grupi i Shteteve kund\u00ebr Korrupsionit i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, u p\u00ebrmend si konfirmim i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm.


Ky raport njeh progresin e vendit n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb sistemi q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm ekziston, por edhe funksionon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efikase. Agjencia e Siguris\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare mbetet plot\u00ebsisht e p\u00ebrkushtuar ndaj misionit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb sigurt dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebrmes profesionalizmit, bashk\u00ebpunimit institucional dhe veprimit n\u00eb interes t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dhe shtetit.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
